Okay, I have both, the commander and the light pro, I think. My commander does not look like the one above, one side all fans, the other side is all RGB Hub, the end has the plugin I need for my Corsair AIO cooler.. I also have the light pro. The case came with a third kind, a straight RGB Hub, that is attached to the Light Pro. Can I run two or three nodes? Do I need all three? I do have to run the Hub that came with the cooler because of the end plugin for the cooler. But what problems am I looking at? Reply Unfortunately, the Vardar PWM fans are not compatible with Corsair controllers. The behavior you are experiencing is commonly reported and no different for me. Some type of PWM signal incompatibility. Other fans to watch out for are the BeQuiet Silent Wings PWM series and Noctua Industrial 3000 rpm A14/F12. The 2000 rpm version works as expected. And you should plan the load based on the maximum. I would not recommend powering more than about 60 LEDs from the Commander Pro. And keep in mind that your profiles don't run on boot. Dredging up the past here. But I recently got a Commander Core with my Corsair H100i Elite Capellix AIO.

I recently build a new system and had issues with 4 Commander XT's running and showing within the software. Only 1 XT shows within the software. Currently I'm running all QL fans, (6) 140s, and (15) 120s (Push/Pull on (6) 140s and Push/Pull on (8) 120s. The CORSAIR Commander PRO controls up to six case fans and two RGB lighting channels, with four repositionable temperature sensors and two USB 2.0 internal headers. Precise fan control: In terms of specifications, the Commander Pro measures 133mm x 69mm x 15.5mm. It’s pretty slim and can be hidden behind the motherboard tray or at the bottom of the chassis. It has a logic power input of 2.97V to 3.63V, then 4.5V to 5.5V. The fan is 11.4V to 12.6V and the RGB LED is 4.5V to 5.5V. The maximum power per fan header (combined) is 1A per port (4.5A combined). Meanwhile, the maximum power for the RGB LED channels is 4.5A. The Commander Pro has 6 QL 120mm Fans powered and all 6 lighting wire are connected to 1st USB Lighting Node. The CORSAIR Commander PRO gives you unparalleled control over your system’s performance and RGB lighting. Get in-depth insight into your system temperatures in real-time and set up intelligent fan curves to automatically adjust speeds based on your system’s demands. Create, customize, and synchronize stunning RGB lighting effects when you connect CORSAIR RGB fans and lighting strips for an amazing system-wide light-show. Powered by CORSAIR iCUE software, the CORSAIR Commander PRO is everything you need to turn your case into a smart case. D) Channel 1 is occupied by 6 LL series fans (2x 140, 4x 120. don't see any brightness controls, so i'll assume 100%. Plans were to swap my 4x RGB led strips out with 1 the strips of 1 kit. No more The CoPro won't show you the power draw. You have to do the math. How many strips are you using and what size? Look them up, calculate the draw and see if it's under 2A (or 2000mA). feel free to message Corsair.. see if you get the same direct advice I requested and indeed used in my Faq thread

currently using the "Cobalt" profile from Corsair's "Lewis Gerschwitz". so do i need to calculate with spiral rainbow values or single color We need to solve the above issue, however I can't think of any advantage in your situation for using the Commander Pro to power the new LL on the radiator vs the cooler's own fan controller. Both are full controllable through iCUE. When on the Commander Pro you'll need to jump through some hoops to make it do the right thing from a control perspective. The H100i coolant temp for the Commander Pro is not a native value and will disappear if iCUE is not running. Meanwhile the cooler has the sensor internally and will always be able to use that and keep the fans at a steady speed and not do the blast off on boot and restart. The CORSAIR Commander PRO controls up to six case fans and two RGB lighting channels, with four repositionable temperature sensors and two USB 2.0 internal headers.

It's been said before.. i will say it again lol.. Corsair do not support Fan Splitter cables with the commander pro.. now i have and do use them my self.. but the fact remains... it has 6 fans ports... for 6 fans.... in its software it shows 6 fans... you can not control any more than 6 individually... word play will not change that dude.. there are people out there with damaged Commander Pros because of overload... your call
