Accidents happened everywhere – chaos, harm, deaths, all the rest of it. Then someone suggested everyone drive on the same side of the road – yes, you can drive how you want, but stay on the left! Then there were traffic lights – red, stop; green, go. I think it has to be more of a hearts-and-minds story rather than legislation.
