A rich and snobby visitor to Sunnysands has a plan to make the "Terrible, Old" town a better place - to purchase the town outright and paint it purple like her. Jason and Grandpa want to go to the beach, but Great Aunt Loretta comes into the house overreacting over a simple tummy ache.
