Honestly it smells too citrusy(mainly lemon) to me, and not just in the beginning but throughout the fragrance. If you do reside in a hot country you can also easily wear this at night if you apply it an hour or 2 before going out. Super big compliment gatherer, and I'm serious about it, especially if you are someone younger and want to save some dollars. Top notes are Lemon, Pineapple, Bergamot, Black Currant and Apple; middle notes are Birch, Jasmine and Rose; base notes are Musk, Ambergris, Patchouli and Vanilla.

This is one to one, like if anyone knows say how close Oud For Glory is to Oud For Greatness knows what I mean. Both versions have that abrasive opening but Pure Parfum quickly burns it off and transforms it into the smoky scent drydown. After wearing this one long enough, i can now properly tell the difference between this and the EDT version. The opening is offensive and harsh that's why I am spraying it only at office bathroom then wait there for like 15-30 minutes then go out. My first impressions were positive, but it did not blow me away like for example( the first time I experienced 1st Gen Thierry Mugler A Men - that was a amazing experience!The birch note which comes in next blend very well as well giving it a unique masculine blend with the base notes. I love Aventus and grew a little frustrated with its poor longevity in recent batches and thought this might satisfy my love for Aventus without the cost. My PP concentration comes in 150ml which is not easy to hold and aim properly, especially with the inaccurate atomizer. Limited Edition and Pure Parfum smell and perform the same, since they have the same juice inside (confirmed by Armaf), only the packaging and the labels are different, so the pricing is affected. However, it does kinda remind me of a certain industrial marble floor care liquid that my father's cleaning company used to use.

Double blind bought it, never smelled this nor Creed Aventus before (still kinda new to the perfume game) and wow am I blown away. It can be worn all year round without being cloying, and when it finally fades away two days later you want to bathe in it again.However, this isn't really problematic, since you usually spray it on 30 minutes before any occasion and, even if you do it just before an event, the synthetic part dies down exponentially whilst the actual smell comes alive so too. Personally, I don't necessarily dislike it, but make sure to don't go near anyone 10 minutes after spraying it on.

In my collection it is one of the LEAST synthetic smelling fragrances, while also being the most versatile and addicting.If you have it you will know it's special cause the presentation is better than anything I ever experienced as someone who's been collecting and loving fragrances in the triple decades. A nice beginner fragrance, I admit I underestimated it, but I must say it smells nice, the performance is great on me.

There are probably other reviews that explain this part of the fragrance better, but it is my favorite.Eventually it ran out and I always maybe one time a year get a decent just to smell it after a shower before I go to bed to just smell a well crafted scent. The first couple times wearing this, the fragrance gave me a bit of a headache which I can’t say I’ve had before. Overall, I was getting compliments off the bat with it, one co worker demanding to know what it was so she could get it for her husband for Christmas.
