Despite his disability, the boy is a keen surfer, and he enjoys many afternoons surfing with the seals. He spends most of his time in London, but regularly visits St Ives, Cornwall, where he owns the painter Ben Nicholson’s old house. Look at the different shades of the same colour in the illustrations (e.g. the greens in the sea and blues in the sky). Could you try to mix different shades of the same colour using paint, or blend them together using pens / pencils / crayons?

This book recounts the story of a young boy and his grandfather who go surfing at the beach whilst making seal friends. Eventually the boy lands in danger and relies on the seal for survival. One paragraph in the story begins with ‘As the spring days lengthened?’. What does this mean? Why does it happen? Could you compose a tune that includes the sound of waves? But the solution is not risk proof because it is unprecedented, but the risk of challenge to the grant of planning permission is small because: Children that having a physically disability doesn't necessarily stop you from experiencing exciting times such as surfing. a fully negotiated and agreed confirmatory s106 deed would be appended to the contract giving certainty to all parties on its terms. I feel that this book would be a good way of getting children to share their interpretations of the story which would require more than ne read. You need to look carefully at the pictures to see that the main character has a disability. He is in a wheelchair and in fact has adapted surfboard. I feel this would be good for children in the primary classroom setting because it brings the idea of making the impossible, possible. I feel it would give comfort to children who may have a physical disability to know that they can enjoy sports too.Sealing Days – Authorised LPA officers attend the council offices on a particular day and time to seal and witness the sealing of hard copy documents. As the witness is physically present, albeit maintaining the social distancing rules, the formalities can be complied with; Planning obligations must be entered into by a deed which is sealed and delivered. Sealing of deeds has to be done in the physical presence of a witness. In addition, for many local authorities sealing must be done by one "authorised person" and that sealing to be witnessed by a second "authorised person". In both instances the journeys made into the office or to a colleague's home can be justified as essential journeys for work purposes.

SEAL SURFER is an example of a book that features a child with a disability, but this is not the main focus of the story and it goes unremarked upon in the text. Other themes include the passage of time, change, and history. Another solution would be to enter into the s106 agreement as a simple contract. If a s106 agreement is not executed as a deed and it is executed as a simple contract then it would not bind successors in title, but it would take effect as an agreement to enter into a s106. The s106 contract would contain a requirement to enter into a s106 deed as soon as reasonably practicable and prior to commencement of development. The benefits of this are: I loved this book because the people were respectful in helping the seals and not being super close to them. I was really sad when the mummy seal died, but I thought it was lovely that the baby seal lived and went on to have her own seal pup.Why are there waves in the sea? Why does the tide go in and out?
