Next I decided to install the vertical GPU mount, which requires two standoffs that come with the case — not the cable itself! The 5000D will be a lot more accommodating to extreme water cooling loops, and also works great with a 360mm triple AIO water cooler on top. The 5000 series of cases share many of the nice features found on the 4000, while providing more space for additional cooling capabilities. A filter for the power supply is included for drawing in outside air, which simply slides in and out of place for servicing.

You don't have to remove these components to install fans though, because the metal bracket they install to can also be taken off from the inside. The wiring coming around the motherboard tray shroud is probably the area that needs the most thought for a builder, as the rear panel can hide just about all your wiring run issues for you!The GPU is the triple slot EVGA RTX 2080 dual fan – with so much room in the case, I figured why not?
