You Like Me, Not My Daughter?! Vol. 1 (Manga)

Flat storyline. It's basically only from my perspective that everything in this LN just a very flat romcom with nothing to be amazed of except the age gap romance concept. Oct 25 Yearning Teens, Frustrated Romance, Pretty Skies — Is There Anything Else to Makoto Shinkai? I also really like the secondary characters in the story - Miu has the perfect teenage girl vibe to her that I don’t think most manga pull off half as well and she’s a great sounding board for her mom. Takumi similarly has a female friend and they get some good interactions together. The Title & Cover Image are pretty sus.. Ooo God Almighty give me strength to endure this heretic and my crusade reading this manga until finish! While a somewhat questionable premise, this ends up being a pretty cute and semi-wholesome manga. YES, there is fan service elements, but you can tell that from the cover. (There are much more obvious ones during the story!)

Stacy's Mom: A smaller age gap than most, since Ayako was only 24 when she adopted Miu, and Takkun was 10 at the time. Ryoushin no Shakkin wo Katagawari shite Morau Jouken wa Nihonichi Kawaii Joshikousei to Issho ni Kurasu Koto deshita. AutoRecThe art was quite good. The artist was really good at capturing some great expressions, Ayako as the winner in the funny and OMG that facial expression. The manga version of this story carefully follows the LN with, in my opinion, very faithful artwork as well. It tells the tale of Ayako Katsuragi, a capable single mom of an adopted child Miu, as Ayako struggles to come to terms with the fact that her neighbor, a boy she knew 10 years ago when he was only 10 and she 20, has feelings for her. I am not that much into mushy stories :) last one I read was excellent comic about Julia Jones, her sister Eve and her family. But as they say exploration is good, right :)
