ThermoPro has been a professional manufacturer for many years. With a passion for innovation and customer Our servers are getting hit pretty hard right now. To continue shopping, enter the characters as they are shown There are also two buttons on the front that are easy to use and see; one button is for alternating between Celsius and Fahrenheit, and the other for resetting the max/min temperature. It is important to make sure that the hygrometer you choose is compatible with the power sources available in the location you want to place it. It will need an electricity source or a battery. Wi-Fi Data on screen is clearly laid out and easy to interpret, including arrows to indicate if temp/humidity is rising or falling

It has a white plastic casing, described as ‘water resistant’. Most customers seem to have found this description accurate, and that the thermometer is not easily affected by small amounts of moisture, be that light rain, or humidity inside the greenhouse. It’s a useful tool to have hanging in the greenhouse, and the manufacturers claim that it is accurate to ±1°C. This makes it suitable for working on a variety of tasks, such as keeping an eye on max/min temperatures during seed germination. The magnet is great. It is solid. I dropped one from about 3 feet on a concrete floor, it survived without damage. I don't know the accuracy, but it was close enough to the AC thermostat readings in several rooms. It is a good thermometer. The high and low records are a plus. In terms of accuracy, it seems to generally perform well as both a temperature and humidity gauge for non-professional use. It measures temperature in increments of one decimal place and the manufacturers state that it is accurate to ±1°C.For taking basic temperature readings, look for a wireless digital thermometer that shows min/max temperature data as well as the current temperature. Thermometers that show maximum and minimum temperature over a certain period are really useful, as these allow you to see how much temperature variation your plants are experiencing. You can then plan ahead to keep your greenhouse’s temperature more consistent. Greenhouse thermometers are a great way to monitor the temperature without a lot of effort. Here you will find some useful information to help you choose the best greenhouse thermometer. Is there a feature to set notification (may be beep) if we set humidity level ? for example, notify when humidity is above 50% ? It’s robust in its simplicity, and its green ABS plastic case has a water and dust resistance rating of IP65 – this makes it suitable for use outside in the greenhouse as well as indoors. IP65 is considered both dust tight and protected from ‘low pressure jets’; as result, it should stand up against humidity, rain and even the odd accidental splash from the hose.

If you are planning on a high humidity grow room (like a humid/ wet greenhouse) I would suggest the "ThermoPro TP-60 Indoor Outdoor Temperature and Humidity Monitor" for a few dollars more. Put the outdoor sensor in the grow room and locate the monitor in a less humid room. Why? The indoor unit does not have a weather sealed battery compartment which may corrode the battery terminals under prolonged high humidity. However, if your grow room is like a basement with grow lights, this unit should work fine. Keeping a close eye on the temperature inside your greenhouse is vital for the health of the plants. Certain plants require different temperatures to flourish, and if the greenhouse is too hot or too cold, they will struggle to carry out necessary processes like photosynthesis. C/°F/Clear Button: Press once to change the temperature display to either °C or °F. Press and hold for 2 seconds to clear the record maximum and minimum humidity/temperature readings.Actually the temp does have a bearing on the comfort indicator as amorina states. It will need to be a minimum of 20 degrees and between 50 and 70% humidity to indicate as comfortable. I agree with you that this is a little high and perhaps 18 would be ok. Other sources state that 40% humidity is ideal so who knows!

Portable Do not leave exposed to extreme high or low temperatures since this may cause damage to electronic parts and plastics. Electrical hygrometer: this uses lithium chloride to measure lithium’s electrical resistance as the humidity changes. The humidity temperature gauge displays all-time high and low records for both humidity and temperature The High and Low only report as the "Highest" high &"Lowest" low temp and humidity measured since the last reset. You are not able to set High and Low parameters
