FRONTLINE Plus also contains an important addition of (S)-methoprene which works to prevent the multiplication of fleas by killing fleas in their immature stages (eggs, larvae and pupae). I applied as per instructions and after an hour there were already dead fleas. Within 24hrs there was not a single sign of fleas dead or alive on my dogs. It's been 3 weeks now & still no sign of a flea. Im going to re-dose as recommended a month after the first application to ensure continued protection. Weather conditions where I live have been perfect for flea outbreaks, very high temps with some humidity throw n in, so I don't want to risk a reinfestation.
