About this deal

A Song of Ice and Fire is an epic fantasy novel series written by screenwriter and American novelist, George R. R. Martin. A hugely popular book series, A Song of Ice and Fire is the basis of the largely-celebrated HBO show, Game of Thrones. Who Is George R.R. Martin? The book sale on 29-30 March sold this set at 999 (The price increased soon after). The next time it was for 1170 during 28-30 April (during which I bought this product). Again, on 31st May-1st June, the price went as low was 1200. The book consists of short stories in many different genres, some of which I would not normally pursue, but I thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated every author’s contribution. Book Summary: Druidic prophecies, a galactic space adventure, a cabin of horrific secrets – and a mysterious white cat that seems to walk through the very stories themselves.Whether you’re in the mood for a fantastic adventure, an edge-of-your-seat horror tale or a budding romance, Winds of Winter is the perfect read for this holiday season – a gift for being wonderful readers. He is also the author of a song for Lya, songs of stars and shadows, the Armageddon rag, portraits of his children, the sworn sword, the princess and the queen and a clash of kings.

But you know what? I don't care! For this price I just patched up the edges with some glue and tapes and you wont know it's broken unless I say so!!Three great storylines weave through the books, charting the civil war for control of the Seven Kingdoms; the defence of the towering Wall of ice in the uttermost north against the unearthly threat of the Others; and across the Narrow Sea the rise to power of Daenerys Targaryen and the last live dragons in the world. HBOs hit series a game of thrones is based on George R. R. Martin's internationally bestselling series a song of ice and fire, the greatest fantasy epic of the modern age. According to Martin, his inspiration for the best-selling book series included the French historical novels, The Accursed Kings, by Maurice Druon, and the Wars of the Roses. A Song of Ice and Fire received mostly positive acclaims because of its realism, its diverse portrayal of religion and women, as well as its assortment of subjective and disparate points of view. Of those who work in the grand epic-fantasy tradition, Martin is by far the best…. [He] is a tense, surging, insomnia-inflicting plotter and a deft and inexhaustible sketcher of personalities…. This is as good a time as any to proclaim him the American Tolkien. Filled with vividly rendered set pieces, unexpected turnings, assorted cliffhangers and moments of appalling cruelty, A Dance with Dragons is epic fantasy as it should be written: passionate, compelling, convincingly detailed and thoroughly imagined.I got the box set at 75% off. I observed the price of this product for quite a long time. What I found was that the price goes down to as low as 900-1100 at the END OF THE MONTH. The following books have been released and set in the world of A Song of Ice and Fire, within Westeros or other lands in its universe. Fire and Blood (2018) - A fictional popular history including the novellas The Princess and the Queen, The Rogue Prince and The Sons of the Dragon. This premium limited edition boxed set of A Song of Ice and Fire is beyond comparison with any other set available out there. It does not have the characters from the TV series printed on the volumes, which saves it from being cliche, and the new cover designs are pretty epic, one must say. This book is a wonderful gift idea for young adults, and I’ve gifted a copy to family members who will enjoy this. Perfect stories for a winter’s evening or warm summer nights (here in Australia).
