Berwyn and Dee organise an average of two rallies per month throughout the year. Many of these are held at Radfords Equestrian Centre with its all-weather outdoor school and indoor school, but we are also very fortunate to have a number of families who lend us their facilities and we are very grateful to those families for their support. There lots to be excited about becoming a new member of the pony club, lots to learn, new friends to make…. There is also a lot to take in about what to wear, how the rallies and competitions work, etc.

Hairnets must be worn with long hair. These look smart with a pony club scrunchie holding your bun in place. All the Hardy Equestrian team are equine enthusiasts bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the brand. Our team are our biggest critics all wearing and competing in our garments; therefore, all products are test driven and tweaked before the final design is offered to our customer. The teams collective object is to create the best equestrian clothing at an affordable price. Body Protectors are compulsory for all cross-country riding and Pony Racing whether it be training or competing. For general use, the responsibility for choosing body protectors and the decision as to their use must rest with members and their parents. It is recommended that a rider’s body protector should not be more than 2% of their body weight. When worn, body protectors must fit correctly, be comfortable and must not restrict movement. Pony Club Body Protector Rule 2019 Duringthe summer holidays we hold a week long summer camp for mini, junior and senior members and their ponies where as many members as possible take part in fun and learning.Established in 2016 Hardy Equestrian is a brand that has become well known for its bright and bold cross-country colours bringing colour and flair into the equestrian world. Our technical fabrics have been created with the equestrian rider in mind, all our garments are breathable and comfortable yet offer a range of designs that are fashionable and affordable. For Rallies members wear the WLIB sweatshirt which you can buy from us. This should be worn over a white shirt with Pony Club tie or our Pony Club polo shirt. We offer individual garments as well as group merchandise and with in-house digitisation we are able to accommodate all manner of logo's.

New clothing is not expected, but what is worn must be clean, neat and tidy. Jeans should not be worn when mounted except when specifically allowed by certain sports. As a minimum shoulders must be covered for all riding activities, except for Sports where long sleeves are compulsory. We are an active and friendly Pony Club branch. Throughout the year we run a series of rallies (group lessons), competitions and other activities to suit all levels and interests.Rallies, ie lessons, cover all aspects of pony care and riding. We work hard to find the very best instructors and by keeping our costs to the minimum our members can access first-class tuition at very reasonable prices. Rallies are also very social events where like-minded youngsters forge lasting friendships. We can supply your uniform, branded clothing and event products, unique to each of our customers. We provide good quality clothing to suit all budgets and covering all industry sectors. We pride ourselves in attention to detail and customer service and we are happy to talk through your requirements.Hardy Equestrian also specialises in equestrian team wear which has led to the development of Hardy Embroidery. With the combination of both sides of the business we can cater for all personalised requirements from an equestrian club perspective but also an individual customer request. Any body piercings should ideally be removed before going near your horse or pony. The larger and more pendulous piercings create a risk of damage to the body part through which they are secured. If you must continue to wear piercings, for those that are visible, they should be only studded and should be covered with tape or plaster so that they are secure. Hair These are to be in accordance with guidance and meet recommended Safety Standards as detailed in the Rulebooks. Situated just outside Newmarket, we are the preferred supplier for many of the top, classic winning, race yards and numerous local riding stables and professional studs. We provide products for the rider, for the yard worker and for all seasons. The Pytchley Hunt Branch was established in 1930 and is part of Pony Club Area 7. As we were one of the first branches to be formed we are one of the oldest branches and are allowed to wear our own tie, the burgundy and silver, rather than the purple and yellow of Pony Club.
