After being told by his parents to shut off the music, the singer of "Ghostdubster" got "really angry, and shit [his] diaper." The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends that playtime should begin on the first day a newborn comes home from the hospital. The AAP states that babies should have two to three periods of tummy time spent playing with parents per day. While this playtime only needs to last for three to five minutes for newborns, this amount should increase gradually until a little one spends about an hour per day enjoying time playing on their tummy. The ending of "Ghostbusterswars", where a group of angry fans murder George Lucas after being disappointed with Star Wars 9, is clearly a jab at those who sent death threats to the actors that participated in the Star Wars movies, starting with The Phantom Menace. As well as shippers that overreact to those who don't agree with their pairings, as the fans targeted George because the film did not include a scene of C-3PO and R2-D2 making out.

Intentional Engrish for Funny: Joel himself speaks English fluently, while the singer is much more stereotypically Swedish and choppy with his language (except for "Ghost Boston" and "Ghost Bologna", in which Joel breaks character when he advertises himself in the former and when his keyboard breaks down in the latter). The police demand the singer stops calling after he reports that a ghost ate his lasagna in "Ghastbistin". Guns Are Useless: Inverted. The Ghostbusters' equipment proves to be no match for the Ratman's gun. Ambiguous Ending: We never find out if the Ghostbusters went through with the singer's demands to "DESTROY THE CITY!" at the end of "Ghost-Boster". The final song of album, "Ghost Bologna", features Joel beating up a Fisher-Price keyboard he bought for two dollars, which he ostensibly used to make the whole album.

Just Joking" Justification: When the Ghostbusters arrive at the singer's house to beat him up for one too many calls, he pleads with them that it was just a joke, to no avail. Prank Call: Seemingly everyone is tired of getting calls from the singer for this reason, and eventually the Ghostbusters take it into their own hands to put a stop to it. Nice Guy: The deep voiced man in "Ghestbest" is very cordial to Ghost Johnson despite his depression, and just wants to see his grandma again. Badass Boast: After the singer of "Ghostdubster" announces that he quit school, he proclaims "I am now... 'Epic... Vape... Ghost... Johnson'! And I might be five-years old, but I'm hitting the road for that... epic! Gamer! Lifestyle!"

Lost Food Grievance: In "Ghastbistin", the singer gets really upset because his lasagna was eaten by a ghost. In a meta sense; George Lucas was declared dead in a car crash at the start of his career, and "Ghostbusterswars" ends with George being declared dead, seemingly for real, after being shot in the head. The album itself ends on a rather abrupt note, thanks to Joel's keyboard breaking down when he supposedly actually wants to sing the song properly this time. The singer in "Ghosttbusters" poisoned the water supply, not realizing that it would cause the death of everyone, and ended up becoming the sole survivor as a result. The final line of "Ghost Bast" has the singer note: "You'd think the last song would be good, but... HA-HA!"Played for Laughs with "Ghostbatista", which starts off as the singer attempting to get milk, before singing about the benefits of milk. Then, during the last ten seconds, the singer's skeleton becomes sapient and bursts out of his skin. Following the death of George Lucas in "Ghostbusterswars", the singer declares that the song needs to end. Misplaced Retribution: Because Star Wars 9 did not include a scene of C-3PO and R2-D2 making out, a group of angry fans shot George Lucas dead at his ranch. This is despite the fact that he likely had nothing to do with the scene getting cut, as he sold the Star Wars franchise.

Villainous Lament: Downplayed with "Ghosttbusters". Although it involves the singer somberly reflecting on them poisoning the water supply, their reaction to everyone dying is a simple "Whoops." Only in It for the Money: The only reason the Ghostbusters still respond to the singer's insane calls is because he still pays them. Subverted when they feel guilty and leave after the singer yells very cruelly at his grandma's ghost. Everyone Calls Him "Barkeep": None of the Ghostbusters are ever identified by name, though their actors are.

The Food Poisoning Incident: In "Ghost-Boster," the singer gets food poisoned from eating a burger with a ghost inside. That makes him angry. The singer shits his pants twice in "Ghooooostbuster", ostensibly to protest the ghosts being shitty. Choose a play gym that is appropriate for your baby’s current age and activity level but will also continue to be enjoyable as your little one develops. For a plaything to contribute to your baby’s development, it must engage and entertain them now and be flexible enough to continue interesting and challenging them as they learn and grow. Death Is Cheap: The singer and the Ghostbusters die at least once each, but are fine by the next song.
