If you're using a steroid cream or another treatment for your skin condition, wait 20 to 30 minutes between using an emollient and using the other treatment. Ask a doctor which one to use first. Certain activities, such as gardening, can irritate the skin. It may help to apply an emollient before doing these.

E45 Cream is also developed for more serious dry skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, ichthyosis and certain dry cases of psoriasis. If you forget to use your cream or ointment, do not worry. Use it as soon as you remember, unless it's nearly time for your next dose.Beclometasone cream is safe to use during pregnancy. Since it's applied to the skin, very little of the medicine gets into your bloodstream and almost none gets to your baby. Even if a small amount does get to your baby, it will not harm them. If your skin stings after using an emollient wash product and does not settle after rinsing, ask a pharmacist to recommend a different product. Using emollients with other skin treatments

DERAMTOLOGICALLY TESTED– E45’s non-greasy emollient formulation is completely dermatologically tested. Timing of treatment is important – if you have something important coming up, such as a holiday or a special social occasion, it is sensible to start treatment on your return/afterwards. It's especially important to regularly apply an emollient to your hands and face, as they're exposed to the elements more than any other part of your body.

Mix a small amount (around teaspoonful) of leave-on emollient or soap substitute in the palm of your hand with a little warm water and spread it over damp or dry skin. TREATS SKIN CONDITIONS - Also treats more serious dry skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, ichthyosis and certain dry cases of psoriasis. Some people get a burning or stinging feeling for a few minutes when they put beclometasone on their skin. This stops happening after you've been using it for a few days. Serious side effectsExpanded Access is a potential pathway for a patient with a serious or immediately life-threatening disease or condition to gain access to an investigational medical product (drug, biologic, or medical device) for treatment outside of clinical trials when no comparable or satisfactory alternative therapy options are available. Has a potential for abuse less than those in schedules 1 and 2. Has a currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States. Abuse may lead to moderate or low physical dependence or high psychological dependence. You can use beclometasone cream or ointment while you're breastfeeding. It is not known how much passes into breast milk, but it's likely to be a tiny amount. It would not be expected to cause any side effects in your baby. If you or your children need to use an emollient regularly, it's a good idea to keep some in small pots or tubes at home, school or work. It's a good idea to protect babies' hands and cheeks with an emollient before mealtimes to stop them getting sore from food and drink. Occasionally the skin will become even redder and crustier than the images show. In such cases , if the skin becomes too uncomfortable Most people only need to use beclometasone cream or ointment for a short time. Stop using it as soon as your skin is better. Sometimes you only need to use the cream or ointment for a few days. Everyday soaps, shampoos and shower gels usually dry out the skin and can make skin conditions like eczema worse.Talk to your doctor if you're worried. They will be able to explain the benefits and risks of your child using beclometasone. Serious allergic reaction There is positive evidence of human fetal risk based on adverse reaction data from investigational or marketing experience or studies in humans, but potential benefits may warrant use in pregnant women despite potential risks.
