In terms of longevity, the jointing compound will last for years if looked after. We recommend when cleaning your patio or driveway that any use of pressure washers is not pointed directly at the joint, so as to not lift or disturb the compound. When using a pressure washer hose, hold it a few feet above the slabs and point the hose at a 45 degree angle. What happens if it rains as I’m using EASYJoint PRO? Suitable for Light Vehicular Use On Dense Grade Projects. (For permeable driveway installs Refer to EASYJoint Pro) Please Note: This information is for guidance only, the above table is to be used as an estimate of the amount of EASYJoint required, we always recommend purchasing an additional 1-2 tubs to ensure that you have enough – it will also keep due to the unlimited shelf life. Then rinse in with a fine spray so better compaction is obtained. Repeat to fully fill sagged joints as necessary. Only use JOINTEX Easy Joint on a draining surface such as a pebble bed, stabilised sand or grit. Do not use on a concrete surface with an insufficient gradient (at least 2 %). When the joint has been completely filled, after waiting for a short while for the product to harden, rinse the surface again to remove the last residues. If still necessary, any other residues may be swept away with a soft broom diagonally to the joint. 4. Allow to cure

Freezing weather will increase the set time and will cause the process to virtually stop, it can take many days for the joints to set fully hard. However EASYJoint will eventually set and the weather conditions will not have impaired its integrity in any way. Carefully empty the content of the activator bottle into the sand, ensuring all the liquid is used. The positive environmental factors of using EasyJoint is also what makes it an attractive choice.
