If I’m being completely honest, when applying Charlotte Tilbury’s Hollywood Flawless Filter, I wasn’t blown away instantly. The glow was subtle yet still noticeable in certain light, and I think that’s what I really liked about these products.

The verdict: Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood flawless filter vs Collection gorgeous glow filter

For those who prefer a more bronzey look, I’d definitely recommend Revolution over Charlotte Tilbury. It definitely had a more ‘bronzey’ glow to it as opposed to the Charlotte Tilbury, which I preferred.

There are plenty of dupes for Charlotte Tilbury products, but the one that caught my eye was the Revolution Skin Glow Tinted Booster Blaze. I was really surprised at how good this dupe was, and will continue to use it as part of my everyday makeup routine when I want that bronzed appearance. Use the large, fluffy doe foot applicator to dot onto cheeks and high points of the face as a highlighter, then blend with fingers, brush or beauty sponge. Both in glass containers with a golden lid, the products give off an ‘expensive’ feel, despite the Revolution product being four times cheaper. I own a couple of her products and they all look absolutely beautiful, with pretty rose gold lids and a luxurious feel.
