Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Knead the dough for about 3 minutes and shape into a ball. With a sharp knife, cut ball of dough into 1/3 cup sections. This measurement does not have to be exact – use as much or little dough for each pretzel as you wish – the size of the pretzel is completely up to you.

These white chocolate peppermint pretzels are so easy to make, which makes them perfect for an easy holiday dessert or homemade gift. Candy canes– You can use mini or regular candy canes for this recipe since you’ll be crushing them up to sprinkle over the pretzels. I find it best to weigh the dough for the most accurate results, so my dough weighed 795g (28oz) and was separated to roughly 100g each (3.5oz).
