If your FireAngel carbon monoxide alarm is new and the test button is not working, try removing the isolation pin. Once removed, wait for at least 1 minute for alarm to initiate. With the alarm memory function, the red LED will flash to provide a visual indication of a previous CO alarm activation.

The FA3820X4 Carbon Monoxide Alarm offers a variety of safety features, including Ventilate Instruction, Alarm Memory, Sleep Easy and Quiet Self Test. To activate your CO alarm, pull the disabling tab out of the alarm and wait up to 1 minute for the green LED to flash to confirm the alarm is active.
