The included cup is NOT insulated, nor does it have a lid. Only a cheesy plastic cover which is probably meant as a splash shield. I like its small compact size, although it feels very toy-like. You also get the pod holder, which is apparently compatible with Senseo coffee pods. this might be worth investigating, but being in Canada, these are about as common as hens teeth. Thought this MIGHT be good to take on vacation, for my mother to feel at home. Not a big coffee fan, so occasional use would he ok. Not practical at all. 45 minutes to charge a 5mah battery just to mostly heat 1 or maybe 2 cups of coffee. Worse part is at first, water is coming out cold, then gradually gets hotter, but not suitably hot, and was very weak. Maybe this is ok for a really desperate coffee drinker. Not good for me.
