Cardiac rehab provides advice and information about adjusting to life with a heart condition and dealing with any mental health concerns or stress. A normal blood pressurereading is below 140/90, but if you have heart or circulatory disease, diabetesor kidney disease, your blood pressureshould ideally be less than 130/80.

Cardiac rehab offers a great opportunity to meet people who are in a similar situation as yourself, share experiences and provide a support network.
