I meant to reread ‘Susan Pulls The Strings’ but I couldn’t find my copy (it’s probably in the house, but I can’t be bothered to remove all the furniture I’d need to to find it. He provides weekly menus and easy-to-prepare recipes that will help you lose weight and find your way to a better you. Last year, i decided to read his book ''Serve to win'' and when all this news about Djokovic blow up, while i don't agree with him i can understand him why he is doing what he is doing. Who, in these memorable days, has become a symbol for categorical vaccination refusers, lateral thinkers, Serbian nationalists on the one hand and a victim of justice, a political pawn, freedom fighters on the other.

But there are even bigger kids at Ash Grove, almost grown-ups of seventeen, and Sam rather resents the fact that first years have few privileges like being able to go to the library whenever they please, and that the sixth formers run things as a matter of course. Sto se tice bezglutenske ishrane ona mi ima mnogo vise smisla od npr danas modernog veganstva i vegeterijanstva jer ipak neizbacuje neke vazne namjernice kao sto su meso itd. There is actually a lot of information in here on healthy eating in general, which I found interesting, and some talk about Eastern medicine, which ehh, is up to you if you believe in that . Djokovic records the extraordinary change in his health, well-being and stamina in competition when he gave up gluten.

The book also focuses on the mental toughness that Djokovic built - case in point since losing out in the 2010 Aus Open (quarterfinals), he started to change his diet and obviously did not eat chocolate. The book takes in low-GI diets, mindfulness, meditation including yoga, and some massages, stretches and exercises you can try - without being too dogmatic about any of them.

Svidja mi se sto u knjizi netjera svoje citatelje da ga bukvalno kopiraju, nego im govori da koriste svoj mozak i da slusaju svoje tijelo, jer kako on kaze svi smo razliciti i svakom nesto drugacije odgovara. However, the sweet tooth and ardent fan of pastry that I am is still slightly doubtful about the capacity to adopt this way of eating – rather to be considered as a real alternative “way of life” – in the long run. He also does yoga and eats a gluten-free, mostly plant-based diet and has written extensively about it in his book, Serve to Win.

So, this book was aimed at that generation leaving primary school and starting secondary school – it’s part of a longer series, and I think the publishers must have wanted to capture the readers among Grange Hill’s viewers.
