The descriptions mostly served to confuse me -- I feel these would be better learned by watching a demonstration or video. My only critique would be that a lot of techniques described in the book came without pictures or diagrams. Canterbury is legit, that said this is not enough to survive if you got dropped in the middle of nowhere with nothing.
