I am a big lad, and do struggle with weight issues, saw the program on the telly and thought bang on, tasty looking dinners and no too hard to make, ok so it is the telly and obviously edits and whatever will make it seem easier than what it is but why no give it a go if it doesn’t work then back to a chippy tea, had the book for about three weeks and have made about 12/13 recipes. I don't know how Tom does it but it's incredible, as snacking between meals is often the reason why most diets don't work.
