Eventually Adrian moves into his parents' converted pigsties, along with Marigold's sister Daisy, whom he marries. In the meantime, Adrian is having a great relationship with Pandora though he is still frustrated that things are not moving as fast as he would have liked them to.

The last three books move in slightly new directions, showing Adrian as an adult in different environments.The unclipped dust jacket, protected in a clear removable cover, is in fine condition with no issues. The book is firmly bound in dark green cloth lettered in gilt to the spine, the extremities are slightly bumped and rubbed and the spine is a little cocked. Mole was born in 1967 and was brought up in Leicester before he moved to the East Midlands small town of Ashby de la Zouch.
