An added bonus of the Hi Flow design is that airflow through the valve increases significantly, making pumping up your tyres more efficient; this was noticeably easier even when using a standard hand pump. Before launching a product it undergoes rigorous testing by 76 projects, podium bothering racers, daily commuters, and weekend warriors.

However, we are always looking for new storage solutions for our adventure rigs, we decided to test the Micro Piggy through the lens of bikepacking. The range of adjustability allows for optimum positioning for rider to remain aero whilst viewing in a perfectly centred location. Includes silicone band for organising your tools and making quick switches of tools between Piggy equipped bikes. I am fairly set on using a frame bag for bikepacking, and unfortunately that leaves me wondering where I'd put the Micro Piggy.I do have to unclog the valves quite frequently, though, so I was very keen to test the 76 Projects valves, and as I squeezed the bottle of sealant I noticed straight away how quickly and easily the sealant flowed through the valve.

The 76 Projects TT Mount allows a great placement of your Garmin or Wahoo close to the hands allowing you to glance at the data rather than move your head position. Lucky for me, 76 Projects has a unique sticky mount option, allowing me to place the Micro Piggy anywhere it fits on my frame.

You can replace it, but it's not 'removable' in the usual sense, because of the way it has to be pushed through the valve and out of the outside of the rim – it can't be removed while the tyre is seated. but my bag is usually full of sandwhiches, a waterproof jacket, this is the UK after all, a cafe lock and most rides a GoPro because of the UK Gravel Collective YouTube channel so there’s not much room to stuff in the afore mentioned tube etc. When riding, it keeps everything in place, and the sticky tape mount means it can be placed anywhere on the bike, as long as it doesn’t interfere with the rider or moving parts. Instruction on converting non-bolt-on bags can be found online, in our experience stiffer bags are better for conversions. i just bought the filmores for my road rims so once they arrive and set up I'll see how much difference they make.

As a company, they have continually invested in people, equipment, software, and premises which has added genuine value to our business. So that’s on the top tube, under the down tube, on the fork leg and even in the traditional bottle position. A 'no-turn' computer insert is now standard and can be easily configured to suit almost any set-up and extension. The instructions that come with the mount are easy to follow and there’s some adjustability for the placing of the holder. I’m not overstating it when I say that Nick, Connor and the team have been instrumental in the development of our company from the early days of testing and trialing product ideas. In the mid 2000s, the powder bed fusion (PBF) process was established as reliable for both form and functional testing of parts and tools. At 76 Projects, MJF and SLS are now the predominant processes used for both prototyping and production as this suits the business model and 3DPRINTUK is the preferred production partner.
