I think the setting in the high rise creates a creepy claustrophobia and there are only really four characters throught the whole movie. Moving the action out of the woods and into the city, Evil Dead Rise tells a twisted tale of two estranged sisters, played by Sullivan and Sutherland, whose reunion is cut short by the rise of flesh-possessing demons, thrusting them into a primal battle for survival as they face the most nightmarish version of family imaginable.

The film will be thrilling for newbies to the Evil Dead franchise as well as long-time fans, as there are direct references to the other films in the saga and some surprise Easter eggs too.EVIL DEAD RISE is produced by long time franchise producer Rob Tapert (Ash vs Evil Dead, Don’t Breathe) and executive produced by series creator and horror icon Sam Raimi and cult legend and “Ash” himself, Bruce Campbell. It's also a great horror on its own merits so even if you're someone who hasn't seen any of the previous films, you don't need to have done so as it doesn't require it. The beautiful design features a disturbing red and rustic copper color scheme along with Rise’s main Deadite Ellie ( Alyssa Sutherland) in a side Portrait pointing their undead finger menacingly off-screen.
