Now over Korugar, Sinestro and his comrades, as well as the weapons of Warworld, targeted the infected and unleashed their firepower with the intent to obliterate the undead. They then learn that this was Darkseid's doing and that he was infected and that the dark portals, now known as "Doom Tubes", were only accessible by Anti-Living and dead. We now see several characters, like Mister Miracle and Supergirl, healed and reunited with their families. Originally, Darkseid’s pursuit of the anti-life equation was responsible for the beginning of DCeased.

Now infected, Warworld unleashed it's arsenal on the lanterns, killing several on both sides, including Arkillo. He is perhaps best known for the bestselling DC Comics series Injustice: Gods Among Us, Earth 2, Batman/Superman, and his many Star Wars series.Days later in the Rylex System, an alien approaches patrons in a nearby bar, seeking any noble warriors. By using the Web site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Probably none more unexpected of intriguing than when Alfred Pennyworth–of all characters across the DC universe, ALFRED PENNYWORTH–bonds with The Spectre! In the anals (I know that may strike you as being incorrectly spelled, but I assure you, it’s correct) of DC blunders, slim, emo Lobo has to be one of the more inexplicable ones.

Superman, Batman, The Flash and more are quickly either killed or turned, and several DC heroes have to take up new mantles. Brainiac then warned both men of steel that they needed to stop the New Gods, as they had been infected and are on their way. He then requested for him to find a way for him to stand by him, but before anything could be said, Jonathan Kent arrived and told Damian it was time to move. From the last issue, the merging of Alfred and Spectre continues, and I appreciated that he stayed as our narrator for this issue. More Spectre/Alfred is always a great thing, and the creative team of Tom Taylor, Trevor Hairsine, Andy Lanning, and Rain Beredo welcome Lucas Meyer as they do wonders with putting the universe in danger.

Trevor Hairsine's on art for the most part as with DCeased and Dead Planet, though he does get some help from Neil Edwards as the series goes on. However, Taylor does his homework to make former obscure characters such as Berzerker or Ragman come alive in his writing.

The first Lobo story I read involved him being killed, eaten by snails, shit out by said snails, and then being stitched back together by his healing factor.

I liked that Alfred play a larger role, and I liked that other characters were able to step up, but it seemed like you were getting pretty close to the bottom of the barrel considering I don't remember seeing Aquaman, Booster Gold, the Question, or Constantine. I did like The Seven Secrets (essentially creator owned) I think a few more issues would have helped with developing the story. No spoilers, but I think the creators of The New Gods and Damian Wayne would be pleased with the final results. Despite their combined power, the league was barely able to hold Clark just enough before Cyborg administered the cure. Once again, Taylor is really clever with some of the twists and plot-points, like the way that the virus ultimately goes universal.Sacrifices are made and the true meaning of heroism is displayed when heroes and villains join forces in the final battle to save their universe. Part of me feels it under cuts the significance of the Anti-Life equation virus, especially because Erebos doesn't really do anything but exist. Furthermore, what makes it worse is the use of her home of Kandor and the other Kryptonians without involving her.
