I gasped… no doubt as a result of both shock and oxygen deprivation (I had been holding my breath, remember? I wake up feeling fine but I have a stinking suspicion that my water may have broken or at least leaked at some point during the night. And I had been so trained to think of formula as the devil’s juice that I was determined never to go that route.
