Our only grievance with the front door is that it doesn't have a fly screen. Again we created a make shift solution, we bought a mosquito net and clipped it across the front of the tent, again using carabiner hooks. There are plenty of ventiliation points in the tent, and of course a gap for feeding through your electric hook up cable. Only negative is the front door. There are two zips down each side but nothing to seal along the bottom. So it flapped around and let in draughts when we were inside. Had to put in pegs to secure it, not really ideal doing this from the inside. Both of these extend the living area outside. (The side porch is not really appropriate for the Coastline 4 though). The gap at the front is necessary to let out condensation - otherwise you're going to wake up to the rainforest! It doesn't create a draft unless you don't pin it down, or if you haven't done your guy ropes correctly on the doors The tent is light weight and good quality, we did find it very hard to erect and are still not sure where we are going wrong. However once it is up it is a good little tent, its not massively spacious but is just what we needed, it is a 4 man tent but there is 2 of us and I would say you would struggle to comfortably get more people in it than that along with all your camping equipment.The shell fabric is a 185T polyester with 3000 mm PU coating and all seams are taped. The inner tent is a breathable polyester and no-see-um mesh. The groundsheet is polyethylene, welded and fully sealed, the same material in the shell and in the inner tent.
