And I'm not sure what cactus flower smells like but I'd imagine it probably has a green and watery almost aloe like scent to it if that makes any sense. overwhelmingly sweet and young at first, the dry down has me inhaling deeply of citrus, berry, floral/cactus, and a soft lovely creamy base. I think you could layer Proenza Schouler Arizona with other fragrances that need more salt or solar notes easily. It is like a fairy tale, just powdery enough, flowery enough, fresh just right, and sweet to the perfection.

I definitely suggest this for people who like airy, delicate fruity florals - it's very beautiful and I am very impressed with this house in general. The dry down is very very similar to Beach Walk and being that I bought this perfume for 18 bucks, I think it’s a steal. Wholly original and wildly unexpected, the scent has notes of orris, cactus blossom, jasmine, orange blossom, solar accord, musk, and cashmeran.I think whats missing is the warm sun smell on my skin combined whit this scent who is a winner in hot summerdays. Powdery, it has a nutty ground up sesame mixed with iris and old school makeup powder compact and some lipstick type thing going on. I blind bought this fragrance reluctantly, as it isn't the cheapest, but I NEEDED to know what this smelled like as the reviews were confusing and mixed, and I'm pleasantly surprised. Taking its inspiration from the flora and fauna of desert landscapes, this dry floral amber evokes a nomadic sense of freedom.

I literally had to touch the tip of my nose to the paper to get a very very faint whiff of something.We started honing in—we wanted something that spoke to a timeless perfume bottle silhouette but also bringing in that crystal energy into the mix. This does not smell like Soleil Blanc in any way my nose can identify, SB is more "expensive sunscreen" to my nose, while Arizona doesn't have that orange flower/coppertone note and feels much more versatile.

I like it and I don't have anything like it in my collection other than Iris Goddesss and L'Ange Noir. Inspired by the ravines and ridges that define the horizon of the Sonoran Desert of Arizona, the bottle is a piece of art in itself.Make sure when you test, you give it a full wear and time to develop, as it may take awhile to get the full effect. summer at a county fair with all the novelty foods, it captures the joy and innocence of a youthful excitement.

Proenza Schouler recently launched its debut fragrance, Arizona, a "radiant" scent that conjures "feelings of liberation to find a greater truth. This is a little too gourmande if your expectation of the scent is going to skew heavily on Sonoran Desert Vibes rather than being a nod to Arizona Muse, the female model. Some of the technologies we use are necessary for critical functions like security and site integrity, account authentication, security and privacy preferences, internal site usage and maintenance data, and to make the site work correctly for browsing and transactions. I considered including it in a freebie package but pulled it back at the last minute and I’m glad I did, just so I can try it.

I'd say that only place that would remotely smell like Arizona ( the perfume) is a Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, but i doubt that is where the perfumer drew the inspiration from.
