All that said, I do applaud the innovation and courage, the desire to understand, which elevate Michael Newton's "Life Between Lives. He then puts these conversations in context by explaining whether a particular client represented most of his clients or not. Newton himself claimed to be an atheist but spent many years studying patients using past life regression taking them back to before their births and after their deaths asking questions about life in the next realm, how they are greeted there, what they learn, and how their choices are made to reincarnate into their next lives. Explored is the concept of a family of souls that reincarnates with different roles and relationships to one another.Be assured that there are only "LAWS" that govern the Cosmos, be they physical Laws, Metaphysical Laws, or Divine Laws, they are still Laws that can be understood by anyone who chooses to do so. As usual when I find books like this I feel I was 'led' to them as there is something for me to learn about my current experiences in life. Because the book is mostly transcriptions of sessions that Newton has with his patients, we are free to take what we like from the text. The lady ended her life for what seemed like a petty reason, and her profound funk was self created, and complete. Surprisingly, they all displayed a remarkable consistency in the way they answered questions about the spirit world.
