Most would agree that when you move from one version of Bluetooth to a newer that's preceeded by a decimal point, such as from 4.2 to 4.4 for example, the improvements are generally minor. But, if you go from 4 to 5 as an example, that's a more meaningful technological improvement. With that being said, the Evolve2 75 would be the better choice. The Bluetooth on the Evolve2 is version 5.2, supports the pairing of the headphones with up to eight different devices and can connect to two of those at any one time. Evolve2 75 - 4 analaog/4 digital MEMS Noise canceling mics. Mic on Evolve2 75 stows out of view when not needed. Wireless Range The left side has pins that interface to the charging base, the power button that doubles for Bluetooth pairing, the USB-C charging port and a button that controls the noise-cancelling function. They’re comfortable for extended wear, easy to drop on the charger, and they work elegantly with Teams (or UC) depending on your preferences. When you power up, you get a vocal prompt telling you how much battery life remains, and the headset will automatically pair with your phone and/or computer, assuming all other devices are ready.USB-C is becoming the new standard, and we're seeing micro USB being phased out. That's another point in favor of the newer, Evolve2 75. Active Noise Cancellation The Jabra Evolve2 75 features 4 analog MEMS, and 4 digital MEMS microphones, but unlike the Evolve 75, the microphone can only be located on the right side. This might be disappointing those who prefer a left side mic placement, or those who want to switch up the side they place the microphone. Not a deal breaker in all liklihood, but a point worth noting.

A sufficiently simple layout that most people should embrace after receiving a relatively short walkthrough on how to operate them. What especially impressed us was how easily these can be placed on the charger, reducing the possibilities of those awkward moments when you arrive for work and then realise that the headset isn’t charged. The Evolve2 75 Active Noise Cancellation feature offers more. Rather than on/off, it gives you five levels of adjustment so you can better regulate how much noise you want to hear. Jabra headsets are known around the world as being a premium brand for use in business, and for pleasure. One Jabra wireless headset that enjoyed a lot of global popularity is the Jabra Evolve 75. ANC is a great feature, and even better when you’re given more options on how much noise you want to hear. Having ANC on the Jabra Evolve 75 is great, but having 5+ levels of ANC adjustments on the Evolve2 75 is even better. How much do both headsets cost? It's surprising that there's no app—we've tested far less expensive Jabra headsets that work with Jabra Assist. On the surface, that's fine, but apps often allow for refining the overall performance and behavior of a sophisticated headset, like fine-tuning vocal prompt preferences. There's nothing to tweak here as a result. That said, Jabra does a great job of making everything work pretty seamlessly out of the box. Clarity and Performance

Jabra chose not to do that here, and the Evolve2 75 is significantly different from the original Evolve 75 it replaces in both form and function.
